1. What we collect
When you use BroncPlus we store your Telegram user ID and username (to identify your account and deliver orders), your order and transaction history, your balance, and any details you provide for an order (such as an email address for activation). Payment card details are handled directly by our payment providers — we never see or store full card numbers.
2. How we use it
We use this information to process your orders, credit your balance, provide support, detect fraud and keep records required for accounting. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
3. Payment providers
Payments are processed by Stripe, Cryptomus, Binance Pay, Paystack and Korapay. When you pay, the provider processes your payment data under its own privacy policy. We receive only the confirmation needed to credit your balance.
4. Telegram
The bot runs on Telegram. Your use of Telegram itself is governed by Telegram's privacy policy. Messages you send the bot are used to operate the service and provide support.
5. Retention and security
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. Access to customer data is restricted to the systems and administrators that need it to run the service.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. To make a request, message @Broncians_bot on Telegram.
7. Changes
If we update this policy, the new version is posted on this page with a revised date.
